At I AM DELILAH, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
